Ok, so new BLOG, non-birthday related.  A brief synopsis of what I’ve been up to.  I managed to catch the film “The Departed”.  Very testosterone fueled… Boston Irish Mob study, with a very large male cast of “American Irish” actors…  I had problems with the sound, music and length.  The acting was great; Jack Nicholson, Leo DeCaprio, Matt Damon, Alec Baldwin, Mark Walberg, Martin Sheen… etc.  This should have been a ten dollar movie, but it wasn’t tight enough, and even though the ending wasn’t pretty, it was justified…  Character motivation, seemed to be unrevealed (probably, because of time constraints)…  I understand the whole Irish as assassins with no souls, motif… but don’t pay more then $7 to see this movie. 

Finished the book by Bill Maher, “If you ride alone, you ride with Bin Laden”.  Okay, so, it was an audio book, but I listened in the car on the way to work and on the way home.  Not bad.  He makes some solid points about society and The Bush-Laden administration and the war effort.   Speaking about the Bush-Laden administration, it looks good that the Democrats swept back into power.  That’s all I’ll say about that.  Brittney Spears is single again…  Who had November, 2006 in the pool?  Lasted far longer then I expected, but I guess I didn’t account for good old southern girl determination and intelligence (or lack thereof).

Hit the Poker tourney again…   The cards didn’t fall this time, in my favor, I think in the hour and 15 minutes that I was involved, I may have played three hands.  On of which everybody folded preflop, to my very small raise.  Plus the last one where I was victimized by a classic retarded SUCK OUT, which angers me beyond belief.

I’ve made it to the second stage, with a firm, to sign on as an assistant in TO, with some name directors…  That could be my break to learn it all, the proper way, and make some valuable contacts.  Of all the jobs I’ve applied for, this is the single one that I want the most.  It requires far more diligence, intelligence and work load then some of what has been offered, and lines up stronger with my skills, I’ll keep you all posted.  Oh, and I finally heard back from Toyota, and my application to their new factory has moved to the next stage… so, we’ll see where this goes…  Comfortable factory work at a great rate of pay, versus my dream…   Hey, it’s a good choice to have at least.  Anyone notice how I keep trying, I don't sit stagnant, and complain about my crappy life, I'm always trying, doing something to make it to the next level (of happiness).  I'm not going to stop until I find the right fit.  I can only hope that it rubs off on more people, out there... (you know who you are).

Reputrace.com has a problem with one of my Blogs (called the Strike is Over), they’ve hit it eight times in the past three days, I’m still trying to figure out which party is objecting?  Someone go back and read and see if I may have slandered anyone with a lie, I can't really tell, because I'm too close to the words (having written them).
